Life can have many challenges. Sometimes you can navigate through difficult times on your own while some issues are not so easily resolved. If you’re having a rough time and are unsure how to get started, counselling can help! Counselling with me is a chance to feel seen and heard and, if we work together, we become a team of sorts. We collaborate to determine a deeper understanding of your situation, promote healing and create helpful solutions. I assist in this process by drawing on a number of theoretical frameworks to support you in this work.
I am passionate about helping you manage better and feel happier. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive option that draws on the brain’s ability to self-adjust for more optimal functioning. It is a form of brain training that utilizes computer and EEG (electroencephalographic) technology to improve how your brain operates, how you feel and how you function.
Of course, how well you function can be greatly impacted by the calibre of your sleep. If you’re affected by stress or anxiety - related sleep issues, we can work together to determine simple, sustainable changes that will help you sleep better!
